The hotel is conveniently located for both the downtown area and Vanderbilt, making it perfect for walking to either destination. While the rooms could use a bit more attention to cleanliness, the overall proximity to key areas is a big plus.

The room I stayed in didn't seem to have been vacuumed during my stay, and there was a gum wrapper in the same spot for three days. Additionally, being on the street side made it at least 10 degrees warmer inside.

The service I received wasn't overly pleasant, but some staff members were so friendly, especially those working the manager's reception. They were extremely helpful with any travel arrangements I needed for business-related matters.

I had a mixed experience at the Embassy Suites in Nashville. The hotel is conveniently located, just about a mile from downtown and surrounded by many restaurants, which was great. However, the rooms were not as clean or comfortable as I had hoped upon arrival.
